Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management, cash handling, sales forecasting, and staff scheduling

  • Commit to a work schedule of 40+ hours weekly

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Operations Manager in a high-traffic environment
  • Completion of necessary training programs
  • Ability to successfully pass background and drug screenings
  • Strong mathematical and technological proficiency
  • Act as a brand ambassador who upholds all company standards
  • Demonstrated history of training and developing team members
  • Certification in food safety
  • Physical capability to perform essential tasks
