Job Overview

DSG Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Business Development team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across our entire portfolio and contributing to the company's sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the life sciences industry. They will be responsible for managing complex sales activities, leading a team of Business Development Directors, and achieving annual sales targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present customer proposals confidently. They will also have a proven track record of success in leadership roles, with experience in proposal and bid defense processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic account sales plan to achieve annual sales targets
  • Forecasting quarterly and annual sales achievement
  • Acting as lead customer sales contact and coordinating sales specialist colleagues to achieve sales goals
  • Developing account partnership relationships with customer decision makers to grow sales across the portfolio
  • Assisting Solution Lead colleagues to achieve sales targets within the territory and account base
