Director of Enterprise Implementation

The Director of Enterprise Implementation will serve as an extension of the firm's development team, acting as a liaison between departments. This role is responsible for leading the tactical implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives focused on firm development, overseeing the day-to-day implementation of assigned projects, and coordinating with other departments to manage and report necessary information to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership to establish implementation strategies that support business objectives.
- Assist in balancing the development needs of the organization with operational expectations of key stakeholders.
- Work with management on various aspects of planning, reporting, process optimization, firm development, and implementation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as communication, calendar management, and creating accountability metrics across departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks.
- Anticipate and provide vital information before it is requested. Develop key performance metrics and dashboards for the executive team.
- Streamline implementation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments, directing and coordinating resources, tasks, requirements, systems, and processes related to day-to-day operations while creating a positive work environment.
- Establish a sales operations structure and environment that promotes and implements strategy and operational models to deliver high and consistent service levels to increase revenue.
- Project Management
- Manage implementation projects from initial concept through completion and post-implementation review.
- Develop project plans, including resources and timeframes, and ensure effective execution.
- Maintain rollout schedules for implementation projects and documentation.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a primary liaison between the organization and external vendors and strategic partners.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed and feedback is incorporated into project execution.
- Various other tasks, projects, and duties as assigned.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable and flexible to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and not wait to be told what to do. Must be a self-starter.
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement initiatives, processes, and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Reliable and responsible with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to create executive-level presentations for management and the board.
- Self-awareness to leverage strengths and address weaknesses.
- Demonstrated success in working with various organizational functions to achieve common goals.
- College Degree Preferred or Equivalent Work Experience.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership, project management, or enterprise operations role with a track record of successfully implementing enterprise-level projects in the financial services or adjacent industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, BI tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to have a flexible schedule and work extended or irregular hours as necessary.
- May need to travel occasionally.
