Job OverviewOur company, 3SI + Wren, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Controller in managing the company's accounting operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing General Ledger accounting, Travel & Entertainment administration, and Sales & Use Tax administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Month-end closings, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Daily processing of routine transactions and reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Annual audit and tax preparation.
  • Ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and cloud-based ERP accounting software.
  • Familiarity with outsourced sales tax application and 3rd-party travel administration system.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience.
