Job Details

Our Prime Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Slack platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. This opening will cover one of our Pinnacle Global accounts in the High Tech industry vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Core and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account
Requirements
  • 10 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
  • Deep experience selling to the Technology customer vertical
  • Experience managing one large key account
  • Ability to strategize with and lead a large extended and matrixed team
  • Presentation and executive engagement skills
