Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in defining the overall guest and team member experience during events at CPKC Stadium. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, building relationships, and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seating Host: Provide directional information, welcome guests at their sections, check tickets, and ensure a safe and exceptional experience.
  • Premium Seating Host: Control entry and access points, provide directional information, welcome guests at their sections, and ensure a safe and exceptional experience.
  • Gates and Guest Service Host: Help guests scan their tickets, troubleshoot entry challenges, provide support at our Guest Service Center, and offer wheelchair assistance.
