Guest Service Expert

As a Guest Service Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. You will take the initiative to provide a wide range of services, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service and create a memorable experience for our guests
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests
- Clean work areas and supplies, and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Manage the menu, read and visually verify information, and take a hands-on approach to work
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service excellence
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- None
