Position Title: Technical Lead (Dotnet and SQL Server)

Location: Hybrid Work Model

Experience Required: 10 Years

Core Technical Skills:

  • Database Technologies: Proficient in SQL, MS SQL Server, relational databases, stored procedures, views, indexing, bulk copy, SQL CMD, and dynamic query management.
  • Microsoft Technologies: Expertise in C#, VB.NET, console applications, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio 2022.
  • Scripting: Experience with Windows Batch Scripts and PowerShell.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance sector is essential.

Additional Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • Understanding of React and ASP.NET Core MVC.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Rally.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like GitHub.
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools like Autosys.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and UCD.
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Teradata.
  • Background in mainframe system interactions.

Essential Soft Skills:

  • Capability to convert business requirements into detailed design and technical solutions, presenting them effectively to larger audiences.
  • Experience in conducting design and code reviews.
  • Proficient in Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in batch cycle monitoring and production support is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for this onsite role.
  • Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders across various departments.
  • Experience in requirement analysis and work effort estimation.
  • Experience in both onsite and offshore models, providing technical guidance to offshore teams.
