Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team within the Shared Services Advanced Technology Delivery organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and executing all technical facets of Salesforce projects, particularly utilizing Salesforce Service or Health Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce development initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Engage in the development and deployment of new features and enhancements in Salesforce Classic/Lightning, focusing on areas such as Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, and Service Cloud Voice.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate actively in deployment processes, providing innovative solutions for both standard and custom code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, blending business insights with IT expertise to drive project success.
- Utilize tools such as Developer Console and Workbench for troubleshooting and optimizing development processes.
- Implement governance processes for Salesforce Org and apply effective DevOps strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX development.
- Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Developer or Platform Developer) are essential.
- Proven experience in Technical Leadership for a minimum of 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare benefit industry terminology and practices.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).
Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is between $124,000 and $247,200 annually. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience and education. In addition to competitive compensation, CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and various well-being programs.
