Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of Omni Inclusive, the Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in Java, along with a comprehensive understanding of its associated ecosystems.
  • Exhibit a solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Show proficiency in creating reusable Java libraries and applying various design and architectural patterns.
  • Possess knowledge of Java concurrency patterns to enhance application performance.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful web services for seamless integration.
  • Understand the MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code.
  • Manage external and embedded databases effectively.
  • Grasp the fundamental design principles that underpin scalable applications.
  • Create database schemas that effectively support business operations.
  • Have a foundational understanding of the JVM (Java Virtual Machine), including its limitations and solutions.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Utilize version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
  • Familiarize with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Understand build tools like Ant, Maven, and Gradle for project management.
  • Ensure continuous integration practices are followed to streamline development processes.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Java Server Pages (JSP) and servlets.
  • Be acquainted with web frameworks such as Struts and Spring.
  • Understand service-oriented architecture and web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, XML, and JSON.
