Job Overview

Position: Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

The organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fulfill the role of Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect. This individual will take on the responsibilities of a Lead Developer, engaging in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, maintenance, and support, under the guidance of management.

The primary focus will be to support existing Salesforce applications while also contributing to the development of new systems. The candidate will collaborate with system integrators to ensure effective knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance of solutions.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain and enhance interfaces and Salesforce applications.
  • Participate in SDLC processes, including meetings with stakeholders and verification of deliverables.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, being proactive and self-motivated.
  • Drive projects from initial requirements through to implementation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and abstract thinking abilities.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Design and develop using .NET/.NET Core technologies for large-scale distributed systems.
  • Possess expert knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
  • Have advanced proficiency in Salesforce development, including APEX OOP and design patterns.
  • Oversee all phases of SDLC and maintain necessary technical documentation.
  • Assist in the migration and integration of data from legacy systems to new applications.
  • Collaborate with management to set goals and conduct code reviews.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce development. Key skills include:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and APEX coding.
  • Experience with .NET OOP and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as ExtJS or Angular.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end web development.

Preferred Skills:

  • MuleSoft experience.
  • API Management expertise.
