Job Title: Quality Manager

Aludyne is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, administering, and coordinating the facility's Quality department programs and policies in support of the ALUDYNE Mission and Values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality management system is in compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Create, implement, and maintain quality management systems, customer requirements, and quality system performance reporting.
  • Lead the Corrective Action system, investigating customer complaints, product failures, and preparing responses to problems.
  • Develop and carry out quality policy and quality systems with an emphasis on prevention.
  • Supervise quality engineers, auditors, quality engineering technicians, and CMM programmers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Core Quality Tools, including Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, MSA, PFMEA, and SPC.
  • Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Engineer certificates or actively working toward them.
  • Lean Manufacturing Certification or training, experience with implementation of Lean Philosophies and Methods, Six Sigma, Problem Solving Training, or related experience.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions, mathematical or diagram form, and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, probability, and statistical inference.
