Executive Chef

Leisure Living is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in the dining services department. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook meals according to pre-planned menus and resident preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
• Ensure resident special diets are met and prepared with care
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
• Assist with inventory management and maintain supplies in common area kitchenettes

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts degree or experience preferred
• 6 months of experience in a commercial kitchen setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
