Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Housing Billing Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel group guests, ensuring a successful event from pre-arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine the most suitable room type and rate.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers and provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
  • Set-up proper billing accounts according to accounting policies and prepare, review, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
  • Work closely with various departments and outside entities to achieve successful groups from pre-arrival to final bill.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than 1-year related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.46 to $29.95 per hour, and offers health care benefits, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
