BlueVoyant is seeking a dynamic Microsoft Alliance Marketing Manager to spearhead our global marketing initiatives with Microsoft. This position demands a deep understanding of Microsoft marketing strategies and expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud security, including Azure Sentinel and other security solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and managing various marketing activities aimed at generating demand for BlueVoyant's services, enhancing partnerships, and fostering business development with Microsoft channel partners. Collaboration with the global marketing team and alignment with BlueVoyant's corporate marketing teams is essential. This role reports directly to the Director of Global Alliance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Microsoft-specific marketing efforts in partnership with Microsoft Alliance Directors and channel partners to expand our partner ecosystem.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft marketing in the region, driving awareness and demand for BlueVoyant's Microsoft services.
Core Areas of Responsibility:
- Microsoft Sellers: Develop marketing strategies to support co-selling initiatives. This includes localization, creation, and delivery of Microsoft-facing materials and programs to showcase BlueVoyant as the leading partner for Microsoft security services, thereby driving referral revenue.
- Microsoft Channel Partners: Provide channel partner-facing marketing assets and programs to educate and empower Microsoft Channel Partners in generating new revenue, collaborating closely with local sales and marketing teams.
- End-Customer Demand Generation: Collaborate with Microsoft Alliance marketing leadership, corporate growth teams, and local sales teams to develop and localize global campaigns, ensuring effective local execution.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies in conjunction with BlueVoyant Alliance leadership, Microsoft, and channel partners, ensuring alignment with go-to-market objectives.
- Identify opportunities for marketing funding through incentive programs, managing the investment and monitoring processes with Microsoft.
- Maximize Microsoft partner marketing support and incentives to enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to executive leaders and program stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will possess demand generation experience and familiarity with Microsoft. Preference will be given to those with channel partner and cybersecurity marketing experience.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or channel marketing.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Security technologies, including Azure, Sentinel, and Defender.
- Proven ability to create, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, with agility to adapt to changing needs.
- Experience leading marketing project management initiatives.
- Skilled in developing presentations and communications that influence decision-making and inspire collaborative marketing efforts.
- Ability to cultivate trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, and partners.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with all organizational levels.
