The Proposal Specialist will assist the Business Development Managers in creating and producing proposals and marketing materials that support our business development activities.
Work directly with Project Managers to write, proofread, edit, and produce proposals, brochures, direct mail, press releases, articles, newsletters, web copy, and other original content.
Maintain and update standard marketing materials, including resumes, project pages, and proposal sections.
Maintain, update, and improve marketing database systems and digital assets.
Demonstrate self-initiative, a positive team attitude, and strong attention to detail and quality.
Assist with client and market research projects.
Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and graphic design abilities.
Passion for process improvement.
Four-year degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a similar field.
