Customer Service Representative - UHSM

Role Overview: The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive. This position involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone communications and provide assistance to members
  • Handle escalated calls and complex member inquiries
  • Investigate and respond to questions regarding benefits and claims
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to enhance member satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or insurance sectors
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • Capability to work effectively within a team
