Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Account Manager to enhance our client engagement and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Serve as a trusted consultant to clients by comprehensively understanding their objectives, suggesting suitable printing and signage solutions, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with current clients, recognizing their requirements, and offering tailored solutions to elevate their experience.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business prospects through strategic outreach, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, as determined by sales objectives.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with the unique needs and budgetary constraints of each client.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects from concept to delivery, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  • Market Insights: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to uncover potential growth opportunities.
  • Sales Documentation: Maintain precise records of sales activities, including pipeline management and revenue forecasts, utilizing our proprietary CRM software.

Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in business-to-business sales; experience in the printing or signage industry is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer-Centric: Proven ability to comprehend customer needs, build rapport, and deliver outstanding service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Mindset: Capacity to think strategically and formulate effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
  • Results-Driven: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a consistent drive for results and business expansion.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and management.
