Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary/Receptionist at our Lockport Office. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage office operations, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general reception duties to the public and staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Act as a message system for all staff, ensuring timely communication and information exchange.
  • Track and sort incoming and interoffice mail, and maintain a secure and organized filing system.
  • Assist with coordinating events, preparing documents, and maintaining petty cash and inventory.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of office equipment, including copiers and printers.
  • Submit electronic payments for vendors and purchases, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide monthly meter readings and reports for copier usage and postage tracking.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, including key management and access control.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant/Property Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in general office and accounting procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
