Overview:

RJW Industrial is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our internal sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Order and Quote Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders and quotes, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
  • Invoicing: Generate and distribute invoices, create payable vouchers, and ensure accuracy in billing details.
  • Mail and Receivables Processing: Manage incoming mail, process receivables, and assist in billing-related tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Credit Card Handling: Enter credit card information into the system securely, adhering to payment processing protocols.
  • Warehouse Billing: Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate billing for services rendered, maintaining clear records of warehouse-related transactions.
  • EDI Management: Handle the processing of invoices, adjustments, and other transactions through Electronic Data Interchange systems.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, particularly in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP and EDI systems and processes preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of independent decision-making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands in a dynamic work environment.
