Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Manager to enhance our business relationships with companies that operate vehicle fleets. This role is crucial for our growth at PARC Auto Group, where you will utilize your automotive industry knowledge to develop tailored maintenance solutions that ensure our clients' vehicles remain operational and efficient.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with fleet managers and key decision-makers across various businesses.
  • Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities within your designated area.
  • Design and deliver customized preventive maintenance plans that cater to the unique requirements of each fleet.
  • Negotiate and finalize fleet service agreements to meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new fleet clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with fleet managers, providing updates on service progress and vehicle conditions.
  • Analyze fleet performance data to uncover trends and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and report on essential performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate success and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the service center team to guarantee prompt and high-quality repairs for fleet vehicles.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and the latest offerings from PARC Auto Group to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet sales, automotive service, or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives in a B2B context.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance strategies and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation: Starting from $60,000
