Job Summary:

Hillsboro Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to perform various administrative duties in support of our HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
  • Process new hire and termination paperwork, including benefits enrollment and termination notices.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Manage background checks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Process payroll and benefits, including insurance and 401(k) enrollments.
  • Interface with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Investigate and report on workplace injuries and incidents.
  • Prepare and distribute daily census and labor hours reports.
  • Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Office experience, including payroll processing, preferred.
