Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
- Process new hire and termination paperwork, including benefits enrollment and termination notices.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Manage background checks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process payroll and benefits, including insurance and 401(k) enrollments.
- Interface with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Investigate and report on workplace injuries and incidents.
- Prepare and distribute daily census and labor hours reports.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
