Business Development Manager

Crescent City Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships, customer relationship management, and sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through effective communication and customer service.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service operations and high-quality products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and apply mathematical skills to customer projects.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with CAD and drafting is a plus.
