Qualifications
- High School diploma is required; HR certification or a degree in Business is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in office management or two years in a healthcare billing/accounting environment is necessary. Supervisory experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with HR principles and practices is preferred.
- Ability to connect with and support individuals who may be ill, disabled, elderly, or emotionally distressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee recruitment, manage job postings, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and manage employee leave and benefits.
- Prepare documentation for position transfers, status changes, and secondary roles.
- Handle daily financial deposits and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Generate monthly billing statements, address billing inquiries, and monitor accounts for timely payments.
- Ensure precise record-keeping and management of the Resident Trust Fund.
