Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee recruitment, manage job postings, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and manage employee leave and benefits.
  • Prepare documentation for position transfers, status changes, and secondary roles.
  • Handle daily financial deposits and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
  • Generate monthly billing statements, address billing inquiries, and monitor accounts for timely payments.
  • Ensure precise record-keeping and management of the Resident Trust Fund.
