Inside Sales Account Manager

CableMaster Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, set up appointments with prospective clients, and develop relationships to create awareness of company offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop an understanding of the customer base, market, and individual customer needs while building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Understand the marketplace to recommend pricing at both the dealer and wholesale level to support growth and consistency in customer base.
  • Sales Growth: Create a proactive plan for regular touch points for new customers to generate sales growth.
  • Quotations and Presentations: Create and present quotations to customers emphasizing value-add features and explaining the benefits of working with CableMaster Corporation.
  • Data Entry and Management: Manage and perform data entry into ERP system for orders in line with company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with purchasing and accounting teams relaying the voice of the customer as it relates to needs in the marketplace to support inventory purchases and management.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge of all products, processes, and policies to support and exceed customer requirements.
