About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at our Central Clinic in Medford, Oregon. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient mental health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to therapists and licensed medical providers, including managing schedules and maintaining accurate records in electronic medical systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering phones, routing calls, taking messages, and providing information to clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects, such as planning presentations, coordinating mailings, and implementing program initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in a medical or administrative office setting.
  • An Associate's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with coding, billing, and/or insurance is beneficial.

Additional Information:

Successful candidates must be able to pass a DHS criminal background check. This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, communicate effectively, and perform basic computer tasks.
