Role Overview:
In this pivotal role as a sales account executive, you will spearhead sales initiatives in the Southern California territory. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales within the building automation and HVAC controls sector, particularly in direct sales to owners and the plan & specification market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), facility managers, end users, and other essential stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in Building Automation (BAS/BMS) and HVAC controls.
  • Proven track record of selling to ESCOs, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites.
  • Experience in Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec sales methodologies.
Preferred Expertise:
  • Familiarity with BAS platforms such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, JCI, ALC, Honeywell, Alerton, Distech, Delta Controls, etc.
