About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Build and Automation Engineer to join our team at Match Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building innovative frameworks and ensuring the highest quality of our development and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure features are developed using automation testability in mind.
  • Evaluate existing automation frameworks and test scripts, and drive any necessary changes.
  • Recommend, augment, and implement usage of proven automation tools, technologies, and techniques to solve specific situations.
  • Lead and train quality engineering vendor team members on best practices and building automation frameworks.
  • Create an automated dashboard to elevate the quality of our releases by helping maintain automated tests integrated into our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead evaluation of various vendor tooling with scalable POC's.
  • Own, manage, and improve our CI pipelines on iOS.
  • Maintain our build stack and keep it up to date with latest versions (eg Xcode, Bazel).
  • Improve the reliability and performance of test and build processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in professional experience building large scale mobile applications for direct consumer-facing apps (Business to Consumer) built on iOS for a global tech company.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience in a similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience with automation frameworks testing Mobile Apps.
  • Solid Knowledge of automation implementation including but limited to functional, performance, regression, analytics, accessibility.
  • Experience working with external testing solutions such as BrowserStack, Marathon lab or AWS.
  • Avid Learner: Passion for continuous learning and able to effectively communicate technology-oriented concepts.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $185,000 per year, based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations.
