Position Overview:
This opportunity is hosted by Jobot. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our operations or service team as a BAS/BMS Controls Specialist.

About Us:
We are a leading provider in building automation and energy services, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs for building owners and managers while ensuring tenant comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls.
  • Perform approximately 80% of work in the field at client locations, utilizing a company vehicle.
  • Execute start-up procedures, system diagnostics, testing, and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for various projects.

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls.
  • Willingness to work primarily in the field at client sites.
  • Familiarity with one or more BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or similar.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience with DX Units and/or VRF systems.
  • Knowledge of Tridium Niagara.
  • HVAC controls programming skills.
