Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Spectrum. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
