Key Responsibilities
  • Client Leadership: Deliver senior client leadership, sales, and revenue growth with key DACH clients while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop long-term, profitable, and trusted relationships with clients, identify and seek out a strong advertiser client base for the business, and continuously manage and develop a robust sales pipeline to meet quarterly goals.
  • Account Planning: Annual account planning as aligned with regional leadership, quarterly action plans reviewed in line with broader Quarterly forecasting.
  • Client Service and Measurement: Lead the Client Service, Measurement, and Media teams through internal kick-off meetings, ensuring effective communication transfer for ongoing client success.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay ahead of the latest trends, thought leadership, and innovations within the Creator Economy, proactively taking innovation and creative business solutions to clients that align with business goals.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with social media/marketing sales.
  • Substantial experience at a senior level, either in advertising partnerships or in an Influencer marketing agency.
  • A natural storyteller and consultative seller who adopts a strategic approach to client leadership.
  • An appreciation of creativity and culture.
  • Understands marketing industry trends in to which Creator marketing fits.
  • A strong network of contacts across multiple industries on which to build new relationships for the business.
