Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives by generating leads, managing the sales funnel, and identifying new business prospects.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to fulfillment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients, including specific industry targets, while leveraging referrals from existing customers.
  • Design and manage catering menus, orders, and logistics, employing suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales.
  • Boost market share through seasonal promotions and strategic event coordination.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database, monitor sales metrics, and analyze trends to refine performance.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints swiftly, ensuring a positive experience that fosters guest retention.
  • Collaborate with restaurant teams and operational partners to facilitate large-scale events and local initiatives.
  • Engage in sales activities and marketing efforts to generate leads and elevate catering service visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated business-to-business sales expertise with a history of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online ordering platforms.
  • Dynamic, self-driven, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and coaching abilities.
  • Prior experience in sales management within the catering or restaurant sector is preferred.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is advantageous.
