Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the schedules and calendars of executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone inquiries.
  • Facilitate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
  • Run errands and perform additional administrative tasks as required to support executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Assist with special projects and events as directed by the executive team.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and capacity to handle confidential information with care.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is beneficial but not mandatory.
