Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO, CMO, COO, and CFO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning, data entry, and research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
