Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AppleOne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including filing documents, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Filing documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
