Customer Retention Specialist Position at Sands Chevrolet Surprise

The primary aim of this role is to surpass customer expectations by ensuring they fully utilize their available benefits. The Retention Specialist will also uncover further opportunities within the customer's network. A proactive approach and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming inquiries from customers.
  • Identify potential upsell opportunities within the customer's network.
  • Support the sales team in their efforts.
  • Reach out to customers experiencing payment difficulties.
  • Work closely with the Underwriting and Billing teams to resolve customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Preference for candidates with a Property and Casualty license, though it is not mandatory.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
