We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our wellness programs, and supporting the growth and retention of our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every client feels valued and understood
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone outreach
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Critical thinking and excellent math and computer skills
  • Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with clients
