The representative is tasked with making proactive retention calls to both new and existing patients in need of services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate outreach and follow-up calls to patients.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries with professionalism.
  • Assess caller needs and provide accurate information while triaging appropriately.
  • Employ effective questioning and listening techniques to ensure clear communication.
  • Manage telephone tasks efficiently, including call transfers and message taking.
  • Document all patient communications in their electronic health records.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude during calls.
  • Ensure courteous management of call queues.
  • Uphold a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments for new patients and follow-up visits as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinic and clinical staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Foster daily communication with other departments.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  • Participate in required meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center environments, or similar experience involving outreach activities.
  • Fluency in Armenian/Russian & English OR Spanish & English is mandatory.

COMPENSATION: $21 per hour
