Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in talent review, performance management, career pathing, and engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and provide resolution quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze talent issues and provide information/direction, effectively express ideas, and advice both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and HR technology and systems - HRIS, LMS, etc.
  • Big picture thinker who anticipates future trends and creates competitive and creative talent strategies and plans that drive results and employee engagement.
  • Ability to understand business priorities quickly and thoroughly.
  • Interpret and use analytics and metrics to identify root cause and create actionable projects to help meet talent goals.
  • A "roll up the sleeves" mentality and desire to resolve problems in a team environment.
  • Excellent consulting skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders to get things accomplished within a matrixed organization.
  • Flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment.
  • This will be an "achiever" personality with a start-up mentality who strives to resolve issues and roadblocks and meets goals on time.
  • Communicates and works with people at all levels of management on a transparent and humble basis.
