General Purpose:
Exceptional customer service abilities are essential. Engage with homeowners via phone to schedule qualified appointments for complimentary consultations. Record lead information, update reports, and respond to incoming calls from advertisements.

Responsibilities:
1. Present a structured pitch to homeowners
2. Tailor the pitch to address the specific needs of individual homeowners
3. Address inquiries and concerns from homeowners
4. Collect essential homeowner information including names, addresses, and contact numbers
5. Schedule appointments through telephone interactions
6. Enter appointment details into the computer system
7. Document homeowner information and key conversation points
8. Confirm appointments arranged with canvassers or sales representatives
9. Schedule appointments for representatives to meet potential homeowners
10. Conduct quality control phone calls
11. Respond to telephone inquiries from prospective homeowners responding to advertisements
12. Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
13. Update lead information and maintain accurate reports

Qualifications:
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Relevant experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions
- Product knowledge (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
