Client Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account & Strategy Director to join our team at Collectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our Client Partnerships team and develop influencer marketing strategies that drive results for our clients.
Job OverviewThis role involves overseeing and directing the work of CP staff across core workflows. You will lead and direct the client relationship management day-to-day and set the tone for client services success on your accounts.
Responsibilities:- Set the account partnership and influencer programming strategies including client satisfaction planning, growth opportunities, and 'land & expand' strategies
- Manage and support direct reports in the successful creation, production, and timely delivery of successful RFPs, Briefs, incremental opportunities, wrap reports, and/or other key client partnership deliverables
- Collaborate closely with Production and Performance & Analytics leadership colleagues to inform, iterate, and improve service offerings and processes
At least 8 years related experience in a client-facing role at a social or influencer agency, with at least 4 years in a people management role.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated organic social media, paid social, and influencer marketing strategy expertise.
Able to manage up quickly and effectively to VP/SVP (synthesis of information, clarity around recommendations, context setting, deadlines, prioritization).
