We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in San Francisco. This role will be responsible for managing multiple client projects, collaborating with organizational leadership, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and trends, as well as experience working in a top-tier marketing and PR consulting firm.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage multiple client projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with organizational leadership to develop programs and campaigns
• Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business
• Act as the primary client contact for project implementation
• Retain responsibility for tracking, reporting, and maintaining initiatives

Essential Skills
• 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience working in a top-tier marketing and PR consulting firm is a plus
• Proficient working with the Google Suite and project management tools
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to complete assignments within the time allotted
• Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills
• Deadline-driven, no-task-is-too-small mentality
• Independent self-starter with the ability to work independently and/or with a team
