Customer Success Strategist

We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Morrison Express.
This role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship-building, and solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to negotiate contracts and optimize logistics operations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on logistics and supply chain optimization.
- Lead local Customer Business Reviews to review progress, set goals, and plan for future success.
A highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
