Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to negotiate contracts and optimize logistics operations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on logistics and supply chain optimization.
  • Lead local Customer Business Reviews to review progress, set goals, and plan for future success.
What We Offer

A highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
