Client Success Strategist

Unreal Gigs is seeking a highly motivated Client Success Strategist to join our team. As a Client Success Strategist, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring that staffing services meet the unique needs of each client.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be expected to develop and deliver tailored staffing solutions that align with client business objectives. Whether it's temporary staffing, direct hire, or project-based roles, you will design strategies that address client needs and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact for all staffing-related matters.
- Engage with clients regularly to understand their workforce needs, business challenges, and long-term goals.
- Strategic Staffing Solutions:
- Develop and deliver tailored staffing solutions that align with client business objectives.
- Account Growth and Expansion:
- Identify opportunities for account growth by offering additional staffing services and expanding into new business areas.
- Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
- Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and with high-quality candidates.
- Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
- Client Advocacy and Problem-Solving:
- Act as the client advocate within the company, ensuring that client needs are met and concerns are addressed quickly.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze account performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on the staffing or recruitment industry. You will have successfully managed key client accounts, grown relationships, and delivered tailored staffing solutions.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
