Tatari is a revolutionary TV advertising platform that enables businesses to grow with sophisticated media buying and proprietary analytics. As a Client Strategist, you will work cross-functionally with internal departments to optimize and scale clients' TV advertising campaigns, becoming an expert in all things Tatari and a trusted advisor to your book of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of Customer Success Managers, including onboarding, mentoring, and providing guidance on client management.
  • Manage post-sales relationships for client accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Listen to clients' needs and identify unknown or unmet needs.
  • Become an expert in all things Tatari and leverage internal subject matter experts to help clients prioritize and solve problems.
  • Guide clients through their TV advertising campaign, in coordination with the Media Buying team on a weekly basis.
  • Develop the CSMs' career path internally.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles with C-level interactions.
  • 4+ years of experience managing a small team.
  • Solid understanding of statistics.
  • 3-5 years in project management.
  • Solid understanding of linear TV buying and overall landscape, bonus for streaming experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts.
  • Great presentation and listening skills, prepared for every meeting.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
