Lumina Energy is seeking a detail-oriented administrator with exceptional communication abilities to oversee the precise administration and analysis of data related to energy and carbon management.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting tender analyses accurately and promptly, thereby enhancing the organization's ability to secure contracts. This responsibility is vital for the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a tender process that includes obtaining, validating, and managing supplier pricing for customer tender submissions.
- Maintain proactive communication with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of prices and resolution of any inquiries.
- Distribute validated pricing or tender information to internal stakeholders or clients as necessary.
- Assist in broader sales support functions, including the processing and submission of sales data to suppliers.

- Develop Carbon Reduction Plans by inputting raw data into our online carbon accounting platform and utilizing the processed data to complete our Carbon Reduction Plan template.

- Generate and manage various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through CRM and Excel to support management and sales teams.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial administrative capacity.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with external suppliers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Capacity to deliver high-quality work that demands meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience in meeting tight and shifting deadlines.
