Job Summary

TowerPinkster is seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist project managers in reviewing pay applications, change proposals, and change orders.
    • Coordinate with project managers to maintain track of all project construction schedules and ensure compliance with all timeframes.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with all construction regulations and prepare required documents.
    • Evaluate all contract documents and prepare reports for any deficiencies in projects.
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Document all construction activities and evaluate the progress of all projects.
    • Communicate construction progress back to the design team and communicate project issues or questions back to the design team for their assistance in issue resolution.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage all project submittals and track the review process through the office to ensure timely response/return to the contractor.
    • Manage all RFI's and track processes through the office to ensure timely response/return to the contractor.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in architectural profession preferred or;
    • Ten plus years of experience in the architectural profession with experience in Code Compliance, Construction Administration, and Quality Document Review.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • A well-rounded knowledge of the architecture profession and workflow.
    • Knowledge of current construction techniques, materials, and practices used by the construction industry, and the ability to read, interpret, and apply other applicable codes and pertinent standards, ordinances, and regulations.
    • REVIT experience/AutoCad software knowledge preferred.
    • Familiarity with Bluebeam, PlanGride, ProCore, etc.
