- Collaborate with leadership on employee management decisions
- Assist with client account documentation and applications as necessary
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Complete necessary licensing and compliance requirements
- Become proficient in all technologies utilized by the firm
- Prepare reports and materials for client meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Compensation: $100,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses
