Responsibilities

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our platform to assist clients during the onboarding process.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at ensuring customer success for our enterprise clientele.
  • Manage customer communications and oversee a vibrant user community.
  • Collect, prioritize, and manage support requests, collaborating closely with product owners to meet customer requirements.

Required Qualifications
