Senior ServiceNow Administrator

Armanino is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve support issues and improve platform operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including training and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality, and implement best practices for platform management.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process and procedure guides.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement scripts and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, including Service Catalog, ITSM, CSM, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Self-service Portal.
- Experience in a client-facing role with requirements gathering, developing, and implementing information technology solutions.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required.
- Expertise with technical ServiceNow components, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, actions, UI pages, and macros.
- Proficiency with SQL Query, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Jelly, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Angular JS.
- Experience and understanding of best practices with the ServiceNow Platform, Production Operations, Change Control, and Security.
- Experience with creating and managing technical documentation.
- Experience in a high-growth environment collaborating with innovative cross-functional teams and problem-solvers.
- ServiceNow Implementer Certifications, such as ITSM, SPM, or CSM.
- ITIL certification.
